Okay...since when did 12 year old girls get to decide the fate of American Idol?! Are you people voting?! I mean, if Sanjaya does not get kicked off soon, I may have to stop watching until the madness is over. The only way that I survive is that I DV-R the whole thing and then skip the commericals and Sanjaya. However....the last week I did tune it to watch the 12 year old girl LOSE IT when he was performing. People, this is why he is still on the show. VOTE. You know he doesn't belong!
I have, however, posted pictures of my top three, in no particular order....LaKisha, Melinda and Blake. Justin is a big fan of Chris Sligh, and I must admit that I like him, too, but he's not in my top three. I also like Chris Richardson and was pretty surprised to see him in the bottom two this last week...are you people voting?!! Anyone else have favorites!?
Okay...onto my other personal vendetta with TV this week...if you are watching 24, WHAT HAPPENED TO LOGAN!? Did anyone else notice that last week he was dying in an ambulance and this week, he is NOWHERE to be seen?! I was totally lost on that one. I love Jean Smart's character and was thoroughly expecting to see her lose it over the fact that she just stabbed Logan and....nothing. Nowhere. I don't know where she is, but apparently nothing happened to her or Logan in the last hour. Hard to believe.
And finally, I must mention my other favorite....Lost. I love Lost and I think it's getting better each week. When it came back on in February, I was kind of disappointed because the others annoy me, but the last few weeks, it's been better. Thank you, writers of Lost. Too much of the others is too much for me! :-)
Might I also mention that I have a strong addiction to DV-R. I cannot take watching TV without it. I have to record everything and then watch it in my own time. I have no idea what commercials are on right now and don't care to know, either. I LOVE DV-R! This is how bad it has become....if I am trying to watch live TV-which is rare-I have to pause it during the commercials, go do something around the house, and then come back and fast forward until the show starts. I know...it's bad. I'm admitting it to everyone right now, I am obsessed.
Speaking of, March Madness is on and my husband is calling....the games must go on!

Don't even get me started. I watched the trainwreck that is Sanjaya's performance through the hoodie of my sweatshirt that I pulled over my head in discomfort!! It's so not right that he's still there. For me, it's a neck and neck between Melinda and LaKisha. I think Melinda is actually a more polished singer, but I love LaKisha's heart!! For the boys, I'm a beatboxing Blake fan. I have to admit that I am a big fan of Jordin Sparks, too. She's great. I'm sad to see Stephanie go.
As for Lost--loving it. Cannot believe how last week ended. Locke is something else. Tivo is a beautiful thing because I watch so much more TV but MORE EFFICIENTLY!! I have no patience for live TV either. I'm a pause and catch up fool!! It's not bad--it's efficient!! That's my mantra at least.
