Short Update
Okay, I'll have pictures later today (hopefully). We just had some changes made on our computer and now I can't figure out why the computer isn't recognizing the pictures when I'm trying to load them. Justin had the whole computer taken apart yesterday, so I assume it has something to do with that...but I'll ask him later! :-)
In the meantime, I had a few minutes to update the blog, so I thought I would update you on a few things....
ELLIE HAS TWO TEETH! That's right, ladies and gentlemen! TWO! She broke one through a few days ago (maybe last week!?) and then another one popped up this morning! It's so exciting! She hasn't had any for so long and now TWO! :-)
Never buy an appliance from LG. This may be an entire post in itself. My frustration with their incredibly bad customer service is probably worthy of a whole post. Watch for more info, but until then, NEVER BUY LG.
And... many people noticed the name of our little guy! :-) Yes, we are getting SUPER excited to meet Lincoln Russell! Originally, Lincoln was going to be his middle name. However, we kept trying to come up with a first name and never found anything that we liked as much as Lincoln or that went with Lincoln. So we decided that we liked Lincoln enough to make it his first name and we love it! Lincoln stands for many things, as you can imagine...I grew up in Lincoln, we met and fell in love at Lincoln Christian College, and then of course, the President Lincoln, too. And it's just really unique and we think it goes well with Ellie, too! Russell is after both our Grandpas. Justin's Grandpa Young is Russell and my Grandpa Odom is Russell, so alas, the name is born! And, I guess that every name is subject to change, but at this point in time, we only call him Lincoln and he seems to be responding very well to it! :-)
Okay, Ellie had a huge play day yesterday! Caleb came over to play and then all the Green kiddos came over. When I figure out what is going on with the computer/camera problems, I will be posting pictures of her fun play day!
Tonight Justin and I are going to La Sorella in Springfield. That is where we went for our first date (Valentine's Day) five years ago. We haven't been back since, so we are really excited to go back and have a nice romantic night out together. Thanks to the Rawson's for watching Ellie so we can have a nice evening out! :-)
More coming later...
