Camera Problems!
So...we are having camera problems. I haven't posted anything because I can't get our camera to turn on (and yes...I did check the batteries!). Justin is going to look at it and figure it out, but for now....no pictures, I'm sorry! Which is really a bad thing because more than not being able to post pictures of Ellie, I can't even take them! And she's doing so many cute things! Let me bring you up to date on what she is doing:
-She is obsessed with standing up. She does not like to sit or be stationary. Apparently, she believes that she must always be standing up and trying to walk (key word: trying).
-She signed for the first time!!! For the first time, she signed "please"!!!! She isn't able to do it consistently, but she will do it occasionally when she's eating and it's so precious!
-Bath time is her new favorite pastime. Does anyone know how to (or if it's even possible) to post videos? I have the cutest video of Ellie splashing herself silly! She LOVES taking baths!
-Ellie is also obsessed with saying "Da Da". This is really cute and it melts her daddy's heart! Although it would be nice to hear her say "Ma Ma" anytime....don't worry...I repeat it to her all the time in hopes that she will say it soon! :-)
-She is also clapping all the time now and it's really cute. We went to Vision Night at church on Sunday and Ellie thought it would be a good idea to clap along with everyone and it was really precious!
On another note...Justin is continuing to pursue agency. Right now he is beginning to work under Rick Hamm's office in Lincoln to learn more about agency. After he goes through his licensing and training with Rick (probably around April), he will begin working in his office (specifically under Rick's guidance) training to become an agent for 12 months. After those 12 months, we will evaluate if he wants to start his own agency or take over a retiring agent's office. So...we have a lot of think about and there are SO many possibilities by J starting to work with Rick. He has been doing AMAZING at SF Corporate (he got the highest raise possible for his department last year) so he would be 'leaving' on a good note, if he decided that he would rather come back and work at Corporate, rather than in agency. So I am really proud of him and his ambition and desire to use his abilities and gifts. Yea, husband! :-)
And professionally for me...Mary Kay is going incredibly! I am so thankful to work for such a wonderful company that allows me to EARN A FREE CAR for my family. Justin and I are really looking forward to that new car and it will be SO NICE to drive home from the hospital! :-)
That's about it from the Young homefront. I think that we are pretty much totally unpacked and settled in. I love our new place. It's so comfy and nice to call home. I hope that you are all enjoying your home tonight as much as I am mine!

Awwww! What a cutie!! Ah, she's tasted mobility and loves it!
Don't you love bath time fun?? When they get to the point when they can sit up and you're not so worried about them falling over in the tub, they can really start having some fun!
Sounds like Justin is doing really well! That's wonderful news and congrats on all your Mary Kay success!! (Thanks for the sample you sent me!! And John's toothbrush--haha!!) So you're getting the pink car?? Well done!!!
As for posting videos--I know one way to do it. My friends who had a blog like this posted videos through You Tube. I don't how they did it, somehow, when they added the hyperlink to the posting, it took you directly to the video and opened it through You Tube. It's www.youtube.com if you haven't been, although, you are both in the know and have probably already seen tons of videos on it.
Best of luck!
Victoria.
