Play! Play! Play!
Sorry, I'm going to keep this short, because one beautiful little girl could get hungry any second... We got some new toys out of storage last night and Ellie LOVES her Baby Einstein Exersaucer! I thought I would share a few pictures.
This was right after I put her in the exersaucer! She was so excited, she was kind of hopping up and down! It was hilarious, she didn't know what to after first!
She decided to go after the turny-wheel thing that clicks and makes noise....she was quite impressed! She was talking to it, I'm sure that it understood everything she said! :-)
Then, she went after the animal thing. It says that name of the animal in English, Spanish and the actual animal noise...quite high-tech. That must be why it is Baby Einstein! :-) Again, she talked to it the whole time....I'm not sure if she was trying to imitate the duck or the cat, but they were cute little noises she was making!
This is our BIG GIRL! :-) She looks so cute here! She's about 25 inches now, not a giant, but she sure seems big to us!
I can't believe all the cute things that she does everyday! Today, she had rolled over on her stomach in her crib (it's a new phase and deserves an entire blog entry of it's own, but I digress) and she was looking through the slats of the crib at Justin and me on the other side of the room. She was laughing while she was looking at us and it was so hilarious! I mean...how did she know that it was funny?! I don't know, either, but it melted our hearts! We got down on the floor next to her crib so she could look at us more closely and that just excited her even more! Wow...I love this little girl.
We had so much fun in Tower Hill last weekend! My goodness....the next few years are going to be SO MUCH FUN with all the little kiddos and it was a blast to see them all together! I loved it! Unfortunately, we forgot our camera (which really annoyed me, but I chalked it up to being a new mom and got over it). So, I'll try to get some pictures from someone else and post them. I don't know if Kristin may post some, too...I"m not sure if she had her camera or not! :-)
Anyway, that's about it from the Young homefront. We're doing great! Tonight we are going to go to Lexington (a small town nearby) for their Fall Festival and the Chili Cookoff! It sounded kind of fun! We wanted to go to a Corn Maze that we heard about, but when I looked it up online, it was an hour and a half away....uh...no thank you! :-)
Have a great weekend!
