Our Little Diva
Lots of pictures today, folks...bear with me.
So, to start off with, here is our little princess, in all her glory. She is wearing Lindsey's sunglasses. Pretty much everything that Ellie does is in style, but this is even a little beyond her. :-)
Recently, she has become quite acquainted with her right foot. The left foot is feeling kind of left out of things these days (no pun intended). I think she's going to be right handed (I know, I know...they say that you can't tell yet) but she LOVES doing things with her right hand, particularly grabbing her right foot. Justin thinks that it's funny to put her foot in her mouth and she will suck on her foot, but I of course, don't see as much humor in that. Oh well, that's why God gives babies Moms and Dads... They need both of us! :-)
This is a picture that Gabbi drew of Ellie yesterday. As you can tell, Gabbi is getting better at writing her name, but she just gets the vowels mixed around. She told me that the purple on the bottom is the water that Ellie is swimming in and the red at the top is the clouds and the orange person in the middle is Ellie...but I'm sure that you could already tell that.
And finally, this is just a little bit about how Ellie is growing. The picture in the cow outfit was taken when she was about a month old. Just a tiny thing, barely able to sit in her bouncy chair. And the last one was taken today, just about an hour ago. Look at how attentive she is to that little yellow bee! She was touching it, grabbing for it, talking to it, smiling at it...they had a great old time! But can you believe how much BIGGER she has gotten!? WOW!!!
Well, I think that's it for today. Tomorrow we are headed to Lincoln to help DECORATE for the WEDDING!!! And then Friday is the rehearsal and Saturday my little brother gets MARRIED!!!! I'm so excited!!! I get to see my friend Kelsey tomorrow that moved to Ohio and she gets to meet Ellie! And I get to see a lot of my cousins this weekend and I'm so excited about that, too! I've never met my cousin Ashlee (Ann and Lee's little girl) and I can't wait to see her and Isabel (see post from July 17 for a picture of her) and everyone else! We have such a great family and I can't wait to see them...especially the babies! :-)

What a sweetie! I love to see how they change even from one week to another! I think she has already changed since we saw you guys a few weeks ago! Have fun with all the wedding festivities : )

OK, so now with the adorable sunglasses she looks like Katie.
For the record, and FINAL record :)You will not find out, but we are going to do that awesome idea you gave me the other night. So fun!!!
Have a great time at the wedding. Can't wait to see Ellie in her pink dress, or did you get a new one already.
