Curly haired girl!

As you can tell from these pictures, this hair does NOT come from my (Katie's) side of the family! This is all Justin's side! Ellie's hair is CURLY!!!! It doesn't always appear so curly, but when her hair gets wet, she looks just like her Aunt Jill and Grandma Connie. It's a very good thing that Jill is moving back because if Ellie has hair like hers, I am going to need some help!

Things are going well at the Young house these days. Justin has had some exciting opportunities at work recently and I am so proud of how hard he has been working. Go Justin! And things for me (Katie) have been going okay, too. Tomorrow I turn 24, so that is CRAZY, but I'm so glad that I have a WONDERFUL husband and BEAUTIFUL daughter to share it with! :-) I think I get to go out on a date with my honey, too! :-)

Ellie is getting more and more active and excited each day! It's really amazing to watch her find her hand, pay more attention to a book, make more noises and just have more fun each and everyday. She's awesome and learning new things every day! There's nothing like her. As I type that, she's sitting on my lap and just made a great tooting noise and I felt (with impressive force, I might add), a new dirty diaper appear, right here, right now. So, I guess I beter go take care of our new mess! :-)
